I bought this tire inflator in January 2020. On first use I was very pleased with the ease of use, the length of the cord and the fact that the pump stops automatically when it reaches the set tire pressure. Once you attach the nozzle to the tire it will show you the current tire pressure and as soon as you turn on the device you will see the tire pressure gauge change as it inflates. Quite easy. However, after using it to inflate our two SUVs, I repackaged the item and left it in my car. Now that we're at the end of July, I've decided it's time to add more air to the tires, only to find that the tire pressure no longer automatically stops pumping. The indicator reaches the set PSI value, but continues to rise! After feeling uncomfortable not stopping when checking my tire pressure with another tire checker, this air pump was 3 pounds full. Instead of stopping at 35psi, it inflated to 38. Time has proven to me that this device's automatic stop has failed. It is no longer a safe item and you can no longer set a specific PSI and it will stop.
