Impressive value for custom-looking gown
These gowns can easily cost near $800 when custom. Of course, this gown is missing the school emblems, but otherwise looks like them. In fact, I find some of the "custom" ones with thick fabric too heavy and hot, but this actually allowed a bit of breathing, which is great during outdoor convocation and graduation ceremonies in summer and spring! Finally, the blue velvet with gold piping matches my tam and hood perfectly, leading to some nice compliments.
