Compared to all other air mattresses I have used, this one is the best! Inflates to a very strong level in minutes with an electric air pump! Can only be quickly deflated with an electric air pump to extract air. It has a manual dump valve if that's what you want or the power source is no longer around. My wife and I have been using this air mattress for 8 days. The mattress is very hard. It has two different sides of the mattress when lying on it. There is very good lateral support around the entire perimeter of the mattress, allowing you to sit without folding the sides. There is a rib in the middle that keeps my heavier weight from getting in the way of my wife's lighter weight. I have included a picture of the mattress when it was open and not inflated. You will see fold lines on the mattress. Take a picture of your mattress in this condition because you will NEVER repack it full size unless you have it for reference! If you need an air mattress, this is perfect for your needs! Again no. regret!
