Only use it for every day lifeguarding not for medical purposes

This bag was great for doing a week days worth of medical treatments at a base camp but the strap and the D rings did not hold up as well as I was expecting and the D ring snapped off as well as the straps attachment to the bay came off about the second week and I had to do everything without that second tearing to support the strap on my shoulder
