It does the job! good for me

It’s a really good waist trainer BUT it smells like mayo 😂😭 like straight up so make sure you wash it before you use it.
It’s really nice tho I’d buy it again.

I like the waist trainer, but it does not lay down flat. It pokes out in some areas.

Buy it. Practice wearing it an hour at a time to get use to it!!! Even after taking it off you still feel snatched!!! im almost 200 pounds so i shouldve gotten the bigger one
