I’m not even that big. 5’4 136ish lbs. if you go tight like you need, your back gets boob flaps. If you loosen it, what’s the point.The fabric feels like a life jacket. surprisingly rough considering reviews. Bending forward was a problem. Leaning side to side was ok because it kindof accordion’d over. It had great support and squeeze but I would NOT wear it anywhere or work out in it. Returned and going with a body suit style.

Not for shape wear under clothes- I looked at this as an alternative to waist trainers that had a million hook closures, that seemed impossible to do myself. This was definitely preferable to those, but I did end up returning it. I wanted to wear this under a dress, but the wrapping made the dress overall tighter. Traditional shape wear like underwear or suit or tank would be better depending on your needs. Also, need to make sure to wrap it tight!

Postpartum snatch back in full effect! I start my wrap low then go high to catch all my cinnamon rolls. This wrap definitely stays put and does not roll. You control how tight or lose it is and it has great stretching power. Easy to clean and doesn't make me sweat lile crazy during the summer. This thing is stretchy as can be which is amazing because you can make it loose or super tight. The Velcro seems super strong. Of course it unfortunately does leave back fat just like anything else that doesn’t go over your back area. Def recommend!

Was super excited to get this. The material was not what I expected rough. I had a tummy tuck and figured I would swap out the faja for this after my 6 months post op. I am post op 2 weeks from a tummy tuck, this product is fantastic. It compresses the stomach in all the right places. I do have a long torso and this fits perfect from my pelvic bone all the way up to under my bra. I will say if you make it really tight I do see my back fat more but my breast definitely get pushed up from this. So there is more good with this product then bad. I would definitely order again !

It’s a really good waist trainer BUT it smells like mayo 😂😭 like straight up so make sure you wash it before you use it. It’s really nice tho I’d buy it again.

I have NO complaints! It is the BEST waist tainer I have bought. It has excellent support and doesn't roll down when I sit or bend over at the waist. The stretch is great and I can make it tight or loose. It is very comfortable on and holds my tummy in without anyone knowing I have one on.

I bought this to help with my postpartu belly, I had my daughter August 11 and brought this with me to the hospital and I’m still using it now. It’s definitely helping to get my shape back to pre pregnancy and I love it! I wear it for hours and it stays in place the whole time. Looks great under clothes as well, definitely recommend 10/10

I love this new waist training belt it wrapped around my tummy just as I needed. Of course as soon as I got the hang of how it went & I didn't need the help from someone to hold if for me I was able to manage it on my own.

I love that it brings everything in and makes my breast sit up high but it’s a little uncomfortable on my back. When I move it’s almost as if it’s burning my back from the rubbing. Other than that I really like this wrap because I haven’t been able to find anything like it in the past.

At first glance I thought wow , this was extremely too long and wasn’t sure how to put it on. I went back online and figured it out. It had me looking like I had a new hourglass shape. I understand the reasoning being long. I started wrapping from the bottom and went up to my back fat and it held everything in nicely without being uncomfortable. I love that it’s easy to wrap and stays in place. I used it for the first time and I was active and it didn’t not move it stayed in place all day. Love the support it give me when wearing. Will buy another one because I intend to wear this every day. May try wearing it at the gym

I bought this hoping to hide some imperfections. Ladies keep in mind whatever you’re trying to hide will show. The band pushes the fat upwards toward your underarms! If you have a small fupa this may work for ya.
