I like that PCSI has always been there through thick and thin when it came time for my computer problems. They also have been very up front in their pricing structure which is a plus. PCSIs response times are fast (if not at fault) so they don't waste too much of your time. The only downside would be if your issue was urgent, i.e. critical data loss situation but they were quick enough to respond with any solution. We've had issues relating to our servers going slow or failing, issues which other companies could never resolve effectively. With regards to network connection being difficult to figure out what's wrong, the support team helped us identify and fix these issues. They gave me access after I called in asking for it, but they didn't have my information or anything about what was wrong with our computer system so that we could see if this is something new! So frustrating because now all of us are being affected by their lackadaisical attitude towards customer service!! This should be an easy fix as well since its one click away from them online (which would make things much easier).
