Excellent service from knowledgeable staff

I appreciate how they are always willing to go above and beyond for their clientele. They have been extremely helpful with my tech issues, even when I don't know what I'm talking about! They are great at explaining things in layman's terms so that I can understand them. I wish there were more hours in the day! It would be nice if they could work more than just 8-5! But that is understandable considering the nature of the industry. I highly recommend this company. The support has been amazing…

  • Honest pricing structures without hidden fees/charges or sneaky price plans behind your back
  • Great technicians (most definitely!) both here locally as well within our global offices around world where you really need an offshore technician because local isn’t good enough anymore due high cost structure from major carriers such AT&T

Poor Customer Service - Wouldn't recommend

I like that PCSI has always been there through thick and thin when it came time for my computer problems. They also have been very up front in their pricing structure which is a plus. PCSIs response times are fast (if not at fault) so they don't waste too much of your time. The only downside would be if your issue was urgent, i.e. critical data loss situation but they were quick enough to respond with any solution. We've had issues relating to our servers going slow or failing, issues which…

The customer service is great, I've been working with them for almost 20 years now. They are always willing to try new things and keep up with the times. The software seems to be very outdated, but they have tried to update it over the years. It has not been an easy transition. We used to use this software back in the 90's.
