My dog has been neutered and it works great to dress him up while I watch him, it's nice that he doesn't have a cone on it all the time , while not having her stitches removed. She seems to like it, it looks comfortable. It's loose enough around her stomach that the material doesn't chafe at the seams. I'm a size up, I could probably go a size up because the neck opening goes up to her shoulders, but the velcro straps help adjust it to her. She's a 34lb Vizsla - small but tall which made it a bit difficult to find things that fit her well but it worked out pretty well! Conclusion - works great for what we need it for!
