Ideal for post-neutering

We live in an RV because the cone of shame wasn't an option after we neutered our girl. It was pretty tight from the start, our 78-pound CBR got XL, but it stretched so everything worked fine. She could poop with it, obviously picked it up as number 1. Lightweight and durable. The velcro is strong and noisy, even if she tries to take it off you will hear it. Happy with our purchase.

Suitable for shirts

Wish it could be custom made for bassets. Sizes to fit the neck, pull the bottom at the tail and would be perfect under the belly if with puppies. If available, perhaps offer one with velcro around the chest, abdomen and hindquarters to ensure a fit and allow the fabric to be flexible to accommodate movement. If your dog is the right size, this product is great.

Not for dogs with fluffy or thick necks

My Pomeranian has a long slit on its belly. I need to wash the overalls the vet was wearing so I bought this to switch between them. The openings for the neck and "arms" are ribbed and rather narrow. It might be fine for a dog with minimal neck hair, but it doesn't work for my fluffy spitz and I can't imagine putting it on a bulldog or broad-necked pug. In the end I cut off the elastic, cut it along the full length of the back and secured it with safety pins at the back. Without modifications I

Works perfectly! the best in clothing and accessories

My dog has been neutered and it works great to dress him up while I watch him, it's nice that he doesn't have a cone on it all the time , while not having her stitches removed. She seems to like it, it looks comfortable. It's loose enough around her stomach that the material doesn't chafe at the seams. I'm a size up, I could probably go a size up because the neck opening goes up to her shoulders, but the velcro straps help adjust it to her. She's a 34lb Vizsla - small but tall which made it a…

On the skinny side but gets the job done! Convenient velcro closure.

Our 105 pound long lean Rottweiler got a shp-shp. We ordered the X-Large but it ended up being an inch or two shorter. I just stretched the fabric a little and it worked. The good strong velcro stays in place and comes in very handy when your dog needs to defecate. All you have to do is roll and tuck it in to get the suit out of the way. (Didn't always stay in place, but did most of the time.) The fabric is thin, so if your dog likes to chew a lot, it could tear during the day. Our dog tried to

Bad product idea

My dog has been spayed, 11 months old, weighs 50 kg, she is adorable. But as you know, treating injured animals properly is important. The problem with this whole rescue suit concept is that you have to fiddle with your dog's butt EVERY time he needs to go potty. That means the startling sound of the velcro, the hands immediately fold the fabric, then roll down the wound and close the velcro again. Although it was a good concept, my very good dog was very upset by it. He's on pain meds and…
