Basically this mount is a waste of money. I followed the directions to the letter, thoroughly cleaned the dashboard and used the alcohol pad that came with it before installing the self-adhesive disc. I waited 48 hours before attaching the suction cup to the adhesive disk. Nevertheless, the window fell off the dashboard after two days. Strangely, the glue on the shock stabilizer seems to work. Too bad because aside from the broken disc, the rest of the mount seemed great. It seemed so good to me that I threw the box away so now I don't even know if I can even return it. I think I'll have to buy double-sided tape to stick it on, but I highly recommend not buying it unless you want to spend time, money, and frustration getting it to work.
