For this product, I am happy. I've bought many different brands of gel pens. This particular brand, I've noticed, some pens do not write right away. I have to tap the pen many times on paper and heat the metal so it comes out. Once it does, the colors are vibrant. I'd buy this product again, only because the colors are unique. Not very many pen orders have all unique colors. Good buy once you get them to write.
