I like that it's easy to create job listings, post jobs with multiple employers at once using our account manager feature (great for when you're hiring in more than one city).
It also makes communicating between recruiters much easier - we use this tool every day! The only thing i dislike about career lister are some of their features not being as intuitive/easy to understand compared to other software out there. If your looking for ease-of-use then go ahead and give them another try but if you want something extremely user friendly make sure to check everything else before making any decisions. We have been able to find candidates across multiple states quickly through posting several different positions simultaneously from within 1 platform instead of having to send emails back n forth.
