I would try this to get the benefit of folding instead of twisting. But I am not satisfied with their execution of this design. The surface is actually not reflective enough and absorbs a lot of heat energy instead of reflecting it back. In addition, the substrate is black and thus acts as a heat sink, dissipating any heat from the reflector side to the rear. As a result, the temperature in the car does not drop noticeably. Of course, the dashboard wasn't exposed to direct sunlight, but it still felt very hot. I will again be using a highly reflective film based roll tint which cools the car and dash.
