Review on Klaxon - Incident Management by Louis Turley

The ease of use and flexibility is great! It's easy to get up and running with klaxon quickly even for very small teams, thanks to its simplicity. I like that it will alert you whenever something comes in or out via email (as well as push notifications) which makes things simple when dealing with multiple people who are out and about. Sometimes emails can be lost within our organization so being able to have this option available gives us peace of mind because we know someone has seen them if they haven't made their way into inbox yet. We also love how customizable alerts can be too. If there is an update coming down it is nice to just specify what updates need to come through from where. This helps keep everyone informed without needing to check many different sources at once.
