Klaxon - Incident Management Review

The ease of use for those who are new at this software is great! It's very user friendly but still has some features that could be improved upon (as there seems like they're always improving). I would say it comes with all you need out of box which was nice because we don't have any other programs in place yet so everything worked well together when first installed onto our network/server. The ease of use and flexibility is great! It's easy to get up and running with klaxon quickly even for very small teams, thanks to its simplicity. I like that it will alert you whenever something comes in or out via email (as well as push notifications) which makes things simple when dealing with multiple people who are out and about. The ease of use, how quickly I can deploy it without having to wait for training or support. The ability to send out mass email notifications which is very helpful in any incident management situation. The fact that I can send out so many different types of emails.
