Unfortunately, the foot health product I purchased from Spenco's website did not live up to my expectations. Although they claim to be experts in foot care, the item I purchased from them fell short of my requirements. The product was not as well made as it had been made out to be, so it did not provide the degree of comfort and support that was promised. The incorrect fitting also contributed to the product's unwearability. I found Spenco's customer service reps to be unhelpful and condescending when I reached out to them for assistance. Those seeking trustworthy and efficient foot support should look elsewhere than Spenco's offerings. Other well-known brands provide both higher-quality goods and more helpful customer support.
