I have neuropathy in my left foot after chemotherapy and later lower back surgery - my feet hurt all the time, my left foot is numb and tingly and I can't stand on it for long or walk long distances. I've tried handheld foot massagers before, but they're uncomfortable to hold when you just want to sit down and massage both feet at the same time. The day I got this I was on my feet a lot and in a lot of pain - I ended up sitting up and using the lowest settings and oh my goodness. It covered all areas of my feet that needed it - it's quite roomy (I'm a size 8) so you can move your feet a bit to hit different spots differently - it's especially good around the toes/ball of the foot . The lowest air compression setting is pretty strong for me, I don't think I could handle more. I love switching between different settings (massage only, air only and combinations) - after 15 minutes my legs were completely perky! It's also light enough to take with me for trips to theme parks - I can't wait to use it every other day when the parks open! One thing that's a little confusing is that when you turn it off, the word "OFF" will flash on the display the whole time unless you unplug it. My feet are also very happy with my purchase - it's so great that I don't have to rub my feet and it relieves pain really quickly. Not much to compare as this is my first car of this type but no complaints so far! (And everyone else who's tried it loves it, too).
