These lights are not submersible

I installed these lights on my boat trailer 2 months ago and had 4 headlights due to bad seals. Headlights flooded with water and shorted diodes. The company says it guarantees its products for 12 months from the date of purchase, but it's difficult to get replacements for faulty devices. I've called, emailed and the only solution is to either accept a $6 refund or wait 3-4 weeks to get a replacement for the failed bulbs.
