I bought it to use in night study. Both the neutral white and yellow options are great for reading at night and won't tire your eyes. The bright blue-white light is also great for daytime use. I love that it can also be dimmed so I can use the right level of light to see my text well without lighting up the whole room. The clamp is durable and attaches well to desks and desks. The gooseneck is very flexible but stays in place and the light itself is a good size to easily illuminate both sides of an open textbook. The controls are easy to use: + means increase brightness, - means decrease brightness, the illuminated button at the bottom is the power button and the arrow button is used to change the color of the light. I would definitely highly recommend it for students or anyone who reads a lot at night.
