Review on 🐍 Cobra 20250 Drain Auger, 25-Foot Length, 3/8-Inch Diameter by Dean Pascual

Good quality and just long enough to clear drains from a roof vent. I bought this line because not only were the ones in the big stores half the length, they were also too big for a single drain hole. I was able to unclog a drain twice using this tool to completely clean the drain pipe. The clog was ripped out during the initial cleaning but pooled further down the drain and clogged after a few weeks. On the second visit I used almost the entire length and was able to clear the drain to the main pipe. The only problem is that I had to constantly adjust the set screw on the handle to make it longer, but that makes it worth the price. A protruding set screw was also used to turn the snake down the drain, but not with excessive force. Would be nice in an enclosure like my 25ft snake, but stores well in a 2.5 gallon round bucket. The case you can buy with this snake doesn't seem worth the extra price based on reviews from others. I recommend spraying with rust remover after each use, so I keep it in a bucket.
