Not worth the money
This amino acid supplement did not improve my sleep or relaxation whatsoever. The only positive aspect is that it includes calcium which is good for overall health. However, the negative side of this product is that it did not live up to its claims and was a waste of money. I do not recommend this supplement for anyone looking to improve their sleep or overall health and household..
