Excellent dehydrator. My large champion safe (60" x 36" x 26" OD) has had 3 of these for months now and the gauge on the dehydrator tells me they absorb moisture. They can be refreshed by attaching them to a 120 Plug in -V outlet and leave it there for about 24 hours, after which the indicator will turn orange again (indicating that it has been updated.) I have two issues with these devices, whether or not they need to be charged right out of the box. And because they absorb moisture it's hard to tell when a refresher is needed on the display so I can refresh them more often than I need to. Secondly their moisture capacity seems to be on the small side. I ended up having a total of 4 of these for mine Bought a safe which is a good size but well sealed I go into the safe 5-7 times a week which of course allows for moisture so my application takes 4 units (in fairness I don't need to renew them ern, but once every 3-4 months, maybe I underestimate their abilities; By the way, my local humidity in the house is usually around 35-40%. I like them a lot and after buying the first 2 units I bought 2 more so I don't have to renew them as often buy them again.
