Fitted screen better for us than the generic screens.
We love having the screen on the sliding door, allowing air flow through the house (less ac!) and the dogs can come and go. Had used a much less expensive unfitted screen which we did like, but because it was being stepped on by the dogs it was dirty, constantly pulled off and loosing magnets. Also like the black that we went with instead of the white we used before. Thought it would be too dark, but actually it's less noticeable. The fitted screen works very well for us. Glad we purchased it.
