Review on 🚚 Erickson 09091 Swing-Out Hook Truck/Trailer Anchor with Spring Loaded Mechanism, Pack of 2 by Jim Acquista

Sleek design lays flat in the bed of a pickup truck and doesn't catch passers-by, strong enough for most things. I have a 4 to side on my 25 year old truck which gives a lot of tie down points. They look unobtrusive, not flashy like those chrome spikes that are sometimes used. After 4 years in the California coastal climate there is no rust. But over time they rust. They are made of galvanized steel. I'm going to repaint a pickup, that's why I bought a new kit. I wish Erickson would make a slightly heavier premium version out of stainless steel. I'll probably paint the new kits silver gray before installing them and just swap them out when they start to rust.
