Revainrating 5 out of 5

It feels like it's worth more than it actually is

There are literally hundreds of these types of products - probably just one Revain. It was scary to search when I decided I wanted it. Now it's clear that most of them get good reviews, so I felt I couldn't be wrong. But I didn't want the $200-$300 versions to look as good as the $100 versions. I mean battery types, battery life, engine output, engine smoothness, throw distance, number of attachments and carry cases included, machine weight - they were all pretty close. So why pay more? So I spent days looking for one that has everything but doesn't look or feel cheap. I didn't want it to have more than 5 speeds either. 10/20/30 speeds seem ridiculous. I know at a few speeds I'll stop and enjoy. it's just me A few days later I had one in my cart that cost less than $100 and I almost bought it. But what bothered me was that it still looked like cheap plastic and had 10 speeds. I stumbled across even more when I was ready to buy the ones in my shopping cart. And then I found this one. Rubber handle, aluminum body, 4 speeds. It was perfect. The only thing holding me back was the weight. There it was written that it was 1 pound, while all the others weighed 2.2 pounds (1 kg). I took a chance and bought it thinking it couldn't be true. I'm happy to say it's 2.2 pounds and a typo crept in in the description. So, my conclusion in a few weeks. I love it. I use it on my legs almost every day. It's powerful and quiet. I like the build quality and the fact that it's well ventilated like everyone else without the extra protrusion at the top. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I will say I only use it for 3-5 minutes at a time. So I don't know how it will behave in the long run. But I don't feel the heat build-up.
