Review on 🔧 Adjustable Wall Ceiling Projector Mount Bracket - Extendable Length Projection, White (VIVO MOUNT-VP06W) by Eric Budd

The holes on the mounting bracket are almost three inches apart - see photo. This is normal when working with concrete or masonry, or when you have the option of installing a base plate in a wall (e.g. wall building). However, the wooden cleats are only 1.5 inches wide, so even if you have two cleats together, they won't hold up without bolt tilt. You could do it, but it would look pretty ugly and shapeless. The only system that works properly on a wood stud wall is having two (or more) studs in a row. I just ordered one of these (https://amzn.to/31FR5sC) from Revain and will write a review when it arrives. Two notes. 1) The structure of this device is solid. I liked it until I figured out how to install the mount. 2) In the photo, the bracket is square, although I'm showing the tape measure from the side, not the top, so the distance between the top/bottom holes is equal to the distance between the sides.
