Review on ASICS Womens Gel Kayano Running Shoes Women's Shoes ~ Athletic by Eddie Burgess

I've worn Gel Kayano shoes for many years. My last 2 pairs were 22's. I train at high intensity regularly and find this shoe to offer excellent heel and ball of foot support. All my Gel-Kayanos were 8M (usual shoe size is 7M). These are great shoes and worth every penny in my opinion. Over the years, I let my friends persuade me to buy other, cheaper shoes, and in each case I replaced them with a new pair of Gel-Kayanos almost immediately. As of writing this review I have already worn these shoes for a few workouts and found them to meet my expectations. I was initially reluctant to purchase the newer Gel-Kayano due to some feedback on fit and quality. To help you decide, I will purchase Softsole Performance insoles and replace the insoles that came with the shoe. I'm slim, mid-50s, and have exercised to varying degrees since childhood (read, I kicked my legs for years). I have heel spurs and I know when to buy new shoes if the balls of my feet bother me. I hope you find this review helpful. I've attached a photo of my last two pairs and me in the pair I just bought. UPDATE ADDED OCTOBER 11, 2019: I've had these shoes for a month now. I use them 3-5 times a week and still love them.
