I like that you can easily access all of your records from any computer, which is key in our business (we do billing for insurance companies). It's easy to navigate through the system and there are many options available when searching. Occasionally it will freeze up or take too long to load certain pages. Sometimes when trying to get information from prior years we have trouble finding what we need. We use this at my job as well as with my husband's work insurance provider. The benefit is being able to store everything together so if something happens one place then others are not affected.
