Review on Biddeford Heated Microplush XL 50 by Kyle Hong

The size is the only good thing about this duvet. On the 2nd day of use it stopped working with any consistency. The cord only sometimes stays attached to the ceiling. Most of the time, if you move at all, it just falls out. Even if it stays plugged in, it can choose heat or not. I have contacted Biddeford twice to return the duvet or get a replacement as it is said to be under warranty. Not only the ceiling is terrible but also the customer service. I haven't received a reply from them yet. DO NOT BUY THIS! It would be better to be cold than to be cold and angry at the same time, because the blanket that's supposed to keep you warm isn't.
