Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!
One of my favorite lenses in the picture. I like that it is a little soft in close combat, it goes very smoothly from the sharpness zone to blur, just for portraits, while if you move further, the sharpness will increase, this is a feature of this lens, so it sometimes looks weak in tests. You need to test it from a greater distance, then it will turn out to be almost as sharp as 85 1.2 (only the edges will be weaker, which is logical, because the focal length is wider here)
- Excellent sharpness and beautiful drawing. Colors, contrast. At 1.2 sharp for close combat, with 1.4 you can shoot anything. Great price, weight and dimensions for a 1.2 lens. Blurring at aperture 1.4 is much stronger than at 50 1.4 at 1.4, which for me was a decisive factor.
- A filter is needed to keep dust out. Sometimes a coma is visible in the corners, but on 35 1.4 and 24 1.4 it is also there.
