Great way to keep a healty diet!
I lost 150 lbs simply by drinking nothing but these shakes for about 8 months. They are great and if you use them to replace at least 2-3 meals a day the lbs will fall off you. The only down side is that you can't drink any alcohol when trying to lose weight.
