The best part about this software has been its ability to identify faults within our telecom infrastructure as well as being able to monitor call quality across all devices we use at work (both mobile phones & laptops).
We can now see if there are any issues with Wifi or 3G connections or even just general internet speed which helps us troubleshoot problems. I dislike that it's not easier to set up new wifi points/devices so sometimes you have to go back through each device individually but once they're working correctly then everything works great!
