Fan speed will drop somewhere between 200-500 RPM.
Fans rated at 2000 RPM and operating with a single fan port will not match those speeds when using this adapter. The speed is reduced from approx. 100-600 rpm. I'm sure it's the result of too many fans on a single header, so I don't think it would be such a good option for multiple fans. Other cables with fan heads also seem to slow down the rotation a bit. Perhaps some sort of fan control would work best. GL
