Bright for just one day

The sign is definitely bright. But even after more than a day of use, "P" is already very weak. Looks like "o en" is written there. In addition, the transparent Plexiglas had scratches and adhesive residue around it. It seems like it was slammed together and wrapped in a hurry. "If it's scratched, then it's handmade," the instructions read, which is less of a reason to accept the product. Rolls-Royce are handmade and have no scratches. I'm definitely not happy with it. Hoping for a replacement or refund.
