Not worth the trouble.

I have been using this item for almost the last 10 months and this is what I think of it. Pros: Since it is basically an inflatable pillow, it is easy to adjust to the size you want. When inflated to the right amount and with everything aligned properly, it's quite comfortable. And you really need a lot less air than the demo photos show. The elastic strap with long velcro makes it easy to attach to any chair and it will stay there. The materials that make it up have withstood months of use well. Cons: The inflatable liner has nothing to hold it properly in the cuff and since the cuff only has a tiny hole meant only to puncture the valve, this is very difficult. to roll back the bet. When the insert is turned upside down, the large, solid flap digs painfully into your back. Because there is only one strap attached to the center of the pillow rather than two at the corners, the pillow tends to fold when moderately inflated (most likely for comfort reasons) and this seems to exacerbate its tendency to deploy upwards to work. Descent. After all, it is quite expensive for an inflatable pillow. In general, the idea is good, but it needs improvement. I currently spend a lot of time wrestling with this to get comfortable. If I could offer any advice to my former self at the time of purchase, I'd recommend getting a small pillow and some spandex to attach to the chair. I think it would be just as convenient and a lot less hassle.
