This is a very expensive plastic inflatable pillow with a cover around it. Very disappointing and expected better quality for the price.

My chiropractor recommended this many years ago. I use it in my car and it's great for the plane when I'm sitting for a long time. I sit on it and it helps a lot in relieving the pain of sitting.

I ordered this because it was said to be good for back pain. I have a herniated disc. I ordered this because I work remotely which means I sit for hours. I tried this pillow. It's tiring. The pillow needs to be inflated but I haven't managed to get it comfortable yet.

I use a wheelchair and have had problems with pain in the back of my thighs where most pillows put pressure on the front edge. The air movement in this pillow not only helps eliminate this but also keeps the blood flowing in my pelvis and back. It also feels good on the back, but sitting on it was the best use for me. Really worth a try!

A very long 2880 mile car ride was bearable with this pillow. I had to adjust the amount of air a few times to get proper support for lower back pain. It's well made, I've had a different previous style for a few years and this new material seems to last longer. I will also use it as a seat cushion on my chair to help with occasional hip pain.
