6 week tourist trip

I took this bag on a 6 week tourist trip through Europe. It has a fairly durable canvas. It's very simple and that's why I wanted it. The back straps must be threaded through the metal clips twice to prevent them from slipping. External pockets are not very secure but provide quick access to things. I would like to leave my passport here but it may have been stolen too soon. You can get into the main compartment in a few minutes, but it is very reliable against thieves. Most of the time I kept my raincoat, cigarettes, razors and other small items outside. I was able to fit 7 t-shirts, 7 pairs of underwear, a pair of jeans, a shirt, a pair of shorts, a raincoat and a sweater. You need to roll everything up and pack it tightly. It's not a huge bag, but there's enough space to save on unnecessary stuff. The bag has no padding, so don't put anything in it that is uncomfortable for your back. One of the straps on the outside of the bag has started to fray, but I don't mind. It still works and I've used the bag quite extensively. It's not a very comfortable bag if you've actually hiked in the woods. I only walked a mile or two with a bag each day. It doesn't offer much support. It easily fits as hand luggage for stingy airlines like Ryan Air.
