The best Barbie house I've ever bought. My girls are 5 and 6 and they love it! They were very happy to get it from Santa Claus. Also very good quality! They had other dollhouses for about the same price that were cheaply made. It is not. The fireplace lights and rustles, the treasure chest and lamppost glow. All 3 pieces came with batteries! It is very useful for Christmas to have all the batteries in all 3 glowing parts. Also, the light-up furniture pieces are not attached to the dollhouse, so kids can put them anywhere! The construction of the house takes a lot of time, as mentioned in all the reviews. 2 skillful people put it together for me and it took me about 2 1/2 hours but it was worth every minute and penny!
