Very high quality aluminum, looks solid and professional. The screen resolution is pin-sharp even outdoors in sunlight. It took a while for the initial installation, downloading updates and first boot, but after that everything is fine. The keyboard, while small and compact, is still usable, I was able to type 35 wpm on it. The operating system runs smoothly on most major applications, Office 365 is installed and runs clean. The battery life is very good, I can use it all day at work and then charge it when I get home. Overall, I recommend this for people who like a new pocket computer (I used a Cassiopeia pocket computer in college in the 90's, so it's a familiar throwback for me), as well as people who want to make quick changes to Office or other essentials need to make productivity apps on the go. In my opinion, it's easier and more convenient than using Office on an iPad/Android tablet.
