Good design - would be great if not cheap

Not very impressed with the type of plastic it is made of - too hard/brittle type. There has to be something more flexible. If you snap the "saved" blades into their slots, you'll have a fight to get them back, just like I did when I first got them. The design itself is outstanding. However, it is definitely a useful and practical kitchen tool. I like graters of different sizes for cooking vegetables with matches etc.
