I like that we are able to quickly send out emails with our templates, which saves time from having to write them ourselves. The customer service team is also great! When we had an issue they were always quick to respond and help us fix it. Sometimes when you're sending out mass email campaigns there can be delays before your recipients see them but not here. We use Conceps Send for all of our newsletters as well as other types of communications such as event invites etc. They have been very helpful throughout the entire process.
