Great sound with no problems. Literally just plugged in and worked like a charm. I mainly use it for video conferencing throughout the day. People immediately noticed the difference. I keep getting comments that I sound like a podcast and not a regular meeting. A real physical mute button is awesome! However, there is room for improvement. Minor price issues: I have my MacBook Pro at maximum input volume, but when recording or video conferencing, the volume is almost the same. I have to speak very close to the microphone, otherwise it sounds kind of far away. - I wish there was a volume/gain control on the mic too. - Real-time monitoring is great. But there is no way to adjust the volume. - Clear white noise is heard when headphones are plugged in to monitor. It's definitely audible, although there's definitely no white noise in the recorded audio. White noise is present at a lower intensity, even when you press the button on the microphone to turn it off. But again, there is no white noise in the recorded audio editor.
