Nice but not strong

I bought these bottles for kombucha. When I poured boiling water into this bottle to disinfect it, I heard a pop and realized that the entire bottom of the bottle was broken clean. My concern is that the remaining bottles will not stand up to the pressure of different types of kombucha carbonation. yes they are beautiful NO, unfortunately they were not strong enough to be disinfected.
