If only the electronics inside were built in chassis quality. I have nothing but good things to say about the chassis - it's nice and heavy, thick steel - like the chassis of an old IBM desktop computer. Your chassis designer deserves credit for a great chassis. This is where the good ends. If yours isn't defective, then you're luckier than me. The mouse port worked until it failed. The turn signals worked to the limit. Switching the video worked until it worked. Do you see a pattern here? It's a desecration of a great chassis - it's just the trusty keyboard/video/mouse switcher that comes along with the trip from time to time. I only had it for 3 hours before I issued a refund, 2 of those hours were wasted. laboriously rewiring on my desk. Luckily I had an old KVM to fall back on. Unfortunately, the old one only has 2 ports - I needed more ports for expansion and that puts me in a deadlock again.
