bumper ok. They come in a variety of shapes (which probably aren't necessary), but I'd be much happier with fewer shapes that were less likely to rub off. Basically, the adhesion is not strong enough. The thing is, they CAN be used in so many ways, and your imagination will be the stumbling block if they're strong enough. Unfortunately, they are really only produced for simple purposes. They don't stick like duct tape or tape, more like a fairly strong baby sticker. If you need it to stay in a place that gets a lot of rubbing or rubbing, stick them on then you'll be fine (so basically not under furniture legs). The adhesion works great on the back of the doors to prevent hitting the wood. But 50% of the time I use them somewhere they end up coming loose. Not a very good track record considering I have so many of them.
