Their customer service is amazing! They make sure your questions are answered immediately when they need to understand why they can't get an answer from another person or department; their employees work very hard to get things back up and running quickly after any issues occur; it's incredibly easy to check my file status online; they work at finding options other than just criminal records if there are no matches but sometimes this can take some time depending on how recent the results are available through one of their vendors. Make sure to double verify all aspects before getting started - I used them because someone gave me a good deal for the amount paid. When they realized I was serious about checking everything, they worked really hard to ensure everything could be checked without compromising our security process. I like the ease of use and the customer service. It was easy to navigate the website and the customer service was very helpful. I didn't like that I had to sign up for the service with an email address. I would like to be able to sign up with my phone number. I would like to be able to have the option to sign up for the service with my phone number. I would like to be able to have my background check done in the same day. I would like to be able to check my references and the history of my employment.
