Works very well best in specialty tools and jigs
Ideal for reusing your oil. I have used it with paper filters and after filtering the oil was clear and almost new looking. The oil was pretty coarse in the fryer. Some complain that it melts. oh plastic! Of course, if you pour boiling hot oil into it, it will melt. I used it at around 110 degrees (to get the oil flowing better) and everything was fine.
