it was DOA, no switch, just a dead brick, no way to change the battery.

There doesn't seem to be a way to change the battery with the screws marked +/-, but what for? Bad product, no documents, no counter, no labels. Just sloppy and badly done. The switch is the worst. I have bought other lights of this style, they have all been fine and easy to use, not this one.
