When I informed the seller that the metal clasp on the watch strap was broken, I was told to simply use the coupon code to order a new one. Well, the code was invalid (didn't work at all). There is no return policy for the bracelet. When I received the replacement I was told I would still be charged for the original defect plus the replacement. I would stay away from these guys.
